At CANDY HOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CANDY HOUSE account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset with all personal data removed, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
